Q: How does Mentoring work?
A mentoring session is a confidential meeting between Mentor and Mentee, via phone or zoom. Sessions are approximately 1/2-1 hour in duration with Mentee receiving advice, feedback and support.

Q: How often are the sessions and what are the costs?
It is up to the Mentee how many sessions, and how frequently subject to Mentor availability. ​Contact the Organiser to find out the cost for mentoring services.
​
Q: What is the difference between Mentoring and Coaching?
Mentoring is primarily focused on building business confidence, sharing knowledge and providing feedback to the Mentee based on the Mentor experience. Coaching is a strategic approach to implement, develop, and improve the performance, goals, and business strategy.
