Jemma is a Professional Home Organiser based in Sydney and serves as the Director of The Organising Academy as well as Australia's Find An Organiser Business Directory.

With 20+ years corporate experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite executives, and 5+ years mentoring entrepreneurs in small business, Jemma brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help you with your PO journey.

Formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Education, and certifications in Human Resources, Financial Services, Business Administration, and Leadership and Management.

Since 2019, she has mentored and supported over 100 entrepreneurs to help them start and grow as a professional and profitable Professional Organiser.
